
Arunachal – Christian Missionaries Burn Tribal & Hindu Gods
Arunachal. A distressing video coming up from Arunachal Pradesh, has offended people in large, especially hurting the faith of indigenous people of the state and Hindu people at large. It can be heard in the video that the pastor, in order to praise Christianity, defiled the tenets of Hinduism by burning the sacred items of indigenous faith and several idols and images of Hindu Gods- Shiva, Krishna and also an idol of laughing Buddha.
As per sources, the incident took place when a pastor reached the house of Ms. Bima Tok in Type-II colony in Seppa East-Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh, for a healing prayer. Reportedly, Ms. Tok had been living ill for a long time now, this is when the pastor reached her house and allegedly asked the lady to bring out the statues and posters of indigenous and Hindu faith.
The incident has created sensation in the state, following which a FIR was registered against Taye Kadu, the pastor who allegedly performed the heinous act.
