Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (VSK). Kerala Governor Arif Mohammed Khan said that Deendayal Upadhyay was a great visionary who commingled Bharatiya philosophies with politics. He was releasing the compilation of the complete works of Deendayal Upadhyay, on June 26, at Raj Bhavan, Thiruvananthapuram. Deendayalji emphasised that Bharatiya politics should be on the basis of the country’s cultural tradition. Politics is not self-centred nor for selfish motive. Governor said, Deendayalji showed us how does one sacrifices own life. Deendayalji followed in politics the spiritual tradition which was showed by Rishis during the period of our epics, later on by Adi Sankara, Mahatma Gandhi and Rabindra Nath Tagore and Sree Narayana Guru in Kerala.
Speaking on the occasion, Union Minister V. Muradeedharan said that Deendayalji’s Antyodaya, darshan followed by the Modi regime, is for the uplift of the poor and the empowerment of the last man of the last row. Growth, development and administration should be based on the uniqueness of the country. Modi regime follows this.
Dr. Mahesh Chandra Sharma, Chairman of Research and Development Foundation for Integral Humanism (RDFIH) stated that Deendayalji was like a Rishi. Bharatiya Vichar Kendram director R. Sanjayan said that the compilation is the tribute to the great son of our motherland. The compilation consists of 15 volumes. A documentary, comprising of the life of Deendayalji and also the latest compilation of his works, was screened on the occasion.
