Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) has agreed to buy HELA Systems Private Limited, an ELTA Systems Ltd. subsidiary in India. IAI’s investment in Aerospace Services India demonstrates the company’s commitment to the Indian government’s Atmanirbhar Bharat (Make in India) agenda. The present agreement also demonstrates IAI’s dedication to a solid cooperation with India’s DRDO in developing and sustaining sophisticated technologies for the Indian Armed Forces.
HELA will provide full maintenance, repair, and overhaul product support for ELTA Systems, as well as testing and technical services to Indian defence customers, including yearly maintenance contracts and spares delivery.
The corporation operates a big facility in Hyderabad’s rapidly expanding industrial belt. The management and technical team at HELA are radio frequency and microwave specialists who are well-versed in cutting-edge technology and are working on futuristic military applications. Furthermore, they are well-versed in the appropriate industry standards to serve India’s armed forces and other defence organisations.
