Jammu Kashmir – Security forces recover 7 IEDs and wireless set in Poonch

The security forces on Sunday recovered seven IEDs and a wireless set during a search operation at Dara Sangla, in the Surankote area of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir.

“7 IEDs and a wireless set were recovered during a search operation by joint security forces at Dara Sangla, in the Surankote area of Poonch district in Jammu region,” officials said as per media reports.

A search operation in the area is underway.

Earlier on Saturday, the Sopore police recovered one Pistol, two pistol magazines, 18 live pistol rounds and one pistol pouch during a cordon and search operation in the Logripora area of Jammu and Kashmir’s Sopore district, a press release from the police said.
