(1) Rs 10 lakhs to each deceased person ( 5 lakhs by state govt anf Rs 5 lakhs by central govt)

(8)Soo (suspension of operation) violators will be punished.Soo is between Govt of India and kuki militants since 2005
(9) Border fencing between Manipur and Myanmar will resume soon (80 km). 10 km already done.
(10) Kukis feels shortage of medical facilities. Medical team from centre will be sent to Churachandpur, Moreh and Kangpokpi.

(12) Helicopter service will be started from Churachsndpur, Moreh and Kangpokpi to Imphal airport and also to other airports at Rs 2000 per person
