Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh Sarsanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat Ji said that arts and music contributing in huge scale in cultural Renaissance of Bharat.
He was present at “Swarajhari” program organized by Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh at Ghatkesar, Bhagyanagar on 15th February.
In his address, Sarsanghchalak ji particularly congratulated the swayamsevaks and organizers of this Swarajhari programme. A total of 81 selected Ghosh Vadaks played various musical instruments rhythmically.
Compositions based on Bharatiya ragas, featuring Shankha, Venu (side flute), Shrunga (brass band), Anak (side drum), Panava (bass drum), Jhallari, and Tribhuji instruments were played by swayamsevaks.
These vadaks also performed culturally significant symbolic designs such as Shiva Lingam, Trishul, Ram Mandir, Kodandam, the Navy’s new logo, Shivaji’s Ashtabhuja ship, aircraft Tejas, Vikram Lander Rovee with rhythmic Sangh Samata.
The performances of Peddapuli song, Lingashtakam, Ram Siyaram, and Side Drum presentation were outstanding.
Renowned musician MM Keeravani was chief guest of this Swarajhari.
Celebrity musicians RP Patnaik, Komanduri Ramachari, KM Radhakrishna, MM Srilekha, as well as music academics Prema Rammurthy, Venu Gana scholars, Kendra Sahitya Academi laureates, and other musicians and professionals in many domains, participated.
