Seemanta Chentna Mancha, Purvottar Asom observed Deshbhakti Samavesh on 24th November’ 2016 in 50 sectors throughout the state of Assam. Seemanta Chetna Mancha, Purvottar Asom has been observing Deshbhakti Samavesh for last many years in eight districts which share four International Boundaries with Bangladesh and four with Bhutan and this year they have decided to observe the day in collaboration with Lachit Divas celebrated in the memory of Veer Lachit Borphukan. More than 50,000 people in these 50 sectors were administered oath (Sankalpa) to fight for the security of the people residing in the International Boarder areas as well as for the development of our country.
