Chennai (VSK). Poojya Swami Shri Vishweswara Prasanna of Pejawar Mutt, who was on a visit to Chennai had desired to meet the Sangh and Vividha Kshetra Karyakartas.
Accordingly, a meeting was organized at “Shakti” Karyalaya in Chennai on the evening of 8th December, 2020. Swamiji reached the Karyalaya around 6.00 p.m., took part in the Shakha. After Prarthana, he performed Pooja to the idol of Lord Ganesha in the Karyalaya and attended the meet of Sangh and Vividha Kshetra Karyakartas. The programme started with bhajan followed by Sanghatan Mantra. Srinivasan, State President of VHP, North Tamil welcomed and introduced Poojya Swamiji to the Karyakartas and Chandrasekar, Chennai Mahanagar Sanghachalak paid respects by offering a garland, fruit bouquet and ‘Pride of Tamilnadu’ book set. A. Ramakrishna Prasad, Sah-Prant Karyavah, Uttar Tamilnadu introduced the Karyakartas of Sangh and Vividha Kshetra who attended the meet and briefly explained about the Janajagaran Abhiyan that is going on Tamilnadu State. Till date, around 64 lakh people were contacted during the ongoing door-to-door contact program under the banner ‘Dheiviga Thamizhaga Sangam’ with caption ‘Save Nationalism, Save Tamilnadu’.
Poojya Swamiji spoke about the magnificent Ram Temple at Ayodhya that is going to be built, which is estimated to be Rs. 500 crores and another Rs.1000 crores for building accommodation and other facilities for the pilgrims visiting the temple. In order that every citizen of the country should feel proud in building of the Ram Temple, a Janajagaran Abhiyan is going to be undertaken from Sankranti day (January 14th, 2021) to February end throughout the country with an appeal to the public do donate for the temple construction.
The minimum amount is Rs.10/- and there is no maximum limit. He appealed to the karyakartas to involve in this campaign and motivate many more to participate in it. The building of Ram Temple is not mere building of a temple but to usher in Rama Rajya in our country which in turn will lead the entire world. The meeting ended with Shanti Mantram.
